Contractual Agreement on Steroid Use: Legalities and Health Considerations

This Contract ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this [Date] by and between:

AND WHEREAS, Party B seeks to understand and agree to adhere to all relevant health and legal obligations concerning anabolic steroid use;

The Parties hereby agree as follows:

1. Scope of Agreement
1.1 Party A shall provide information on:
Health risks associated with the use of anabolic steroids.
Legal regulations and restrictions concerning steroid possession, use, and distribution.
1.2 Party B agrees to comply with the health guidelines and legal restrictions outlined by Party A.
2. Health Guidelines
2.1 Party B acknowledges that the use of anabolic steroids carries significant health risks, including but not limited to cardiovascular, hormonal, liver, and psychological effects.
2.2 Party B agrees to consult a licensed healthcare professional before using any steroid substances and to follow any medical advice given.
2.3 Party B understands that Party A is not responsible for any health complications resulting from the use of steroids.
3. Legal Compliance
3.1 Party B agrees to abide by all local, national, and international laws concerning the use and distribution of anabolic steroids.
3.2 Party B understands that Party A is not liable for any legal consequences arising from Party B's use or possession of steroids.
3.3 Party A will not be involved in the distribution or endorsement of steroids for non-medical purposes.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 Party A is not liable for any health issues, legal actions, or damages resulting from Party B’s use of anabolic steroids.
4.2 Party B assumes full responsibility for any decisions made regarding steroid use and releases Party A from any claims or liabilities.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 Both Parties agree to keep all personal and health information confidential unless required by law.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1 Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
7. Termination
7.1 This Agreement may be terminated by either Party with written notice, subject to any outstanding obligations under the terms of the Agreement.
