Anastrozole (Arimidex)

Arimidex is also used off-label by bodybuilders and athletes to manage estrogen-related side effects during or after anabolic steroid cycles.

How Arimidex Works

Aromatase Inhibition: Arimidex works by inhibiting the enzyme aromatase, which is responsible for converting androgens (like testosterone) into estrogen. By blocking this conversion, Arimidex significantly reduces estrogen levels, which can slow or stop the growth of estrogen-sensitive cancer cells.

Medical Uses
