Studies have shown that B7-33 has strong anti-fibrotic effects, helping reduce tissue scarring and improve organ structure after injury. It also exhibits vasoprotective and cardioprotective benefits, reducing heart damage and preserving cardiac function in experimental models. Research has extended into pregnancy-related disorders such as preeclampsia, where B7-33 reduced blood pressure, inflammation, and proteinuria in animal trials.
